DIESEL TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC - HAMPTON & CHESAPEAKE, VA LOCATIONS

1. Perform preventative maintenance per PM checklists
2. Ability to recognize and define unsafe conditions on vehicles and potential breakdown conditions
3. Identify, prioritize and perform needed repairs both scheduled and unscheduled
4. Ensure all shop equipment is maintained and inspected according to regulations
5. Assist with scheduling vehicle downtime
6. Maintain shop cleanliness and safety according to company and OSHA regulations
7. State Inspector License is a PLUS
8. CDL is preferred but not required
9. Must have some personal tools to perform work
10. Must be able to pass drug screening
11. Pay based upon knowledge and experience in repairing light to heavy duty diesel engines/vehicles ranging from pickups to RVs
