Hi, I’m Stephanie Randall, co-owner and operator of Shad Randall’s Towing & Recovery in Florence, Arizona. I work alongside my husband, Shad, building a family-owned towing company rooted in hard work, honesty, safety, and community.
Towing is more than just moving vehicles for me. It is helping people when they are stuck, stranded, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next. Whether I am answering the phone, dispatching a call, helping with business operations, meeting customers, or getting out there in the truck myself, my goal is always the same: treat people with respect, communicate clearly, and make a stressful situation a little easier.
As a woman in the towing industry, I take pride in showing that this work is not just about strength. It is about skill, patience, problem-solving, compassion, and doing the job right. I believe customers deserve to feel heard, respected, and taken care of from the first phone call to the final drop-off.
