From day one, Ashton demonstrated a strong aptitude for learning and adapting.

Whether it’s light-duty tows, complex recoveries, or assisting at multi-vehicle crash scenes, Ashton has shown both confidence and care. His dedication to mastering the craft earned him recognition within his first year, and he continues to pursue additional certifications and hands-on training opportunities whenever possible.

Ashton’s current certifications include recovery scene management, winch operations, and the nationally recognized TIMS (Traffic Incident Management System) certificate through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), an accomplishment he shares with Scott and Ayden.
